My name is Marsha Justice. I was born and raised in Utah County and love being part of such a strong community with great local businesses, recreational opportunities, and excellent schools. I still live and work where I grew up, in Orem, and feel blessed to be close to family.

I graduated from Utah Valley University and my work experience includes over twenty years in Business Management prior to beginning work in the mortgage industry in 2010. Helping great people accomplish their dream of home ownership is what attracted me to the mortgage industry where I have served in many capacities including office manager, funder, closer, and my current role as a loan officer. Because of my experience with each stage of the loan process, I can easily guide clients through the process without any hiccups. I am very thorough in my follow up and have expansive knowledge of loan programs. Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming; however, with a caring professional in your corner it doesn’t have to be. I am very relationship oriented and make sure the needs of each client are always top priority.

I have been married to my college sweetheart, Jeff, for twenty-four years and together we have one teenage daughter who excels academically and has a passion for ballroom dance. We recently added a new Weimaraner puppy to the family. In my spare time, you will find me enjoying dinner and the movies with family and friends or out walking the new puppy.

Whether you are a first-time home buyer, looking to trade up, deciding to downsize, or simply wishing for a change, I am grateful to be part of your journey. Looking forward to working with you.

Marsha did a great job at following up and making sure everything was done on time. We would not have gotten the house if she hadn't acted so quickly. We highly recommend anyone looking for a home loan to go to Marsha.
