Required Documentation

Standard required documentation for a home loan includes:

• Past two years W-2 or 1099 statements (whichever applies)
• Past two years tax forms – including all schedules and statements
• Pay Stubs covering the last (30) thirty days
• Two most recent monthly bank statements
• Latest statement for any stock, 401k, or IRA accounts
• Copy of driver’s license
• For a refinance…a copy of the deed and latest home insurance statement

For self-employed borrowers:

• Two (2) years signed personal & business tax returns – including all schedules

For individuals that currently own real estate:

• Most recent home owners insurance statement for each property
• Most recent real estate tax statement for each property
• Current rental agreement (if property is a rental)
