My goal for a Loan Officer and Customer relationship is simple. Be upfront, blunt, clear, and honest. If you want something given to you sugar coated, I am not your guy. Similarly, my strategy with the processing of the loan is just as simple: I will be honest and clear with you about what to expect up front and prepare you accordingly. Then there will be no big surprises and we can minimize any delays that can occur. One of the biggest mistakes home buyers make is waiting until they feel their finances and/or credit are “ready” and then come and see me. My job is to help you throughout the whole process and my years of experience will allow me to help you to know what to do and what not to waste your time and money doing.
