Heather Bloyer

I’m so excited to be one of the newest Loan Officers to join First Colony Mortgage & bring with me 19 years of experience in the industry. I’ve been in the business since 1993 as a Loan Processor, which gave me an amazing opportunity to learn the ins & outs of not only all of the paper work throughout the mortgage process, but also the ability to recognize & mitigate potential problems that could go unnoticed by the untrained eye. During the peak years of the industry I was licensed in 15 states, originated mortgage loans, plus owned & operated a mortgage processing company.

My number one source of business is referrals, or word of mouth. It is incredibly important to me that my clients are 100% satisfied with my service. My first goal when assisting clients is to discuss and review any mortgage loan products that are available for their situation. I also highlight any pros & cons that can assist them with making an informed decision on which mortgage program would be best for their short term & long term goals. My second objective is to be accessible, which is a priority for me. People that need assistance with a mortgage want to be able to reach you & get answers quickly. They want someone that will answer the phone, return phone calls quickly and be accessible. I am generally available Mon-Fri 8-8 & Sat 10-6. Lastly, I will be there during the entire process as your person of contact.

I am from Salt Lake City, where I still reside. Some (including myself) might say my children consist of 2 four-legged best friends. I am an avid animal lover & love nature, hiking & gardening. I also love to volunteer! I’m always looking for ways to improve our community and love giving back to others. I gladly make the commute each day to work to be at the best mortgage company in Utah County!
